If you ditch is not draining and appears to have debris in it, please contact the Maintenance Department at 337-527-4583.

If you see a damaged or missing street or stop sign, please contact the Maintenance Department at 337-527-4583.

If you experience a traffic light that is out, you can contact the Public Works Maintenance Department at 337-527-4583. Please note the City of Sulphur does not maintain the following roadways that intersect any city streets below. You will have to reach out to DOTD at 337-437-9140. • E. Napoleon Street/ W. Napoleon Street • Beglis Parkway • Cities Service Highway

If you experience a streetlight that is out, you can call the Public Works Administration office at 337-527-4511 to report the streetlight. When reporting please provide the physical address or intersection of the streetlight and what issue is occurring.

Limbs must not be longer than 6 feet in length or 4 inches in diameter. Trash cannot be mixed in the limbs, or they will not be picked up. The City of Sulphur only picks up limbs and does not follow the garbage truck. If you have limbs, please call the Maintenance Department at 337-527-4583 to report.
