Connected to the Intracoastal Waterway, one of the major waterways of Southwest Louisiana, the West Calcasieu Harbor and Terminal is a prime location for the use and accessibility of the Intracoastal waterway. Located on the north side of the Intracoastal a few miles south of Sulphur, this is an ideal location for an industrial or oil related business.

West Calcasieu Harbor and Terminal is made up of approximately 170 acres of land and sits on 2,500 feet of water on the front of the Intracoastal Waterway. Amenities include: utilities, available drinking water, a loading ramp, diesel repair, utilities for loading and unloading barges, 80,000 lbs load limit road, and many others.
