SULPHUR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD

This board, made up of six (6) members appointed by the City Council, meets monthly. Their goal is to promote industrial development in Sulphur. The board has been successful in acquiring tenants for our Industrial Park located at the intersection of East Burton St. and Post Oak Rd. In the last five years, the board has secured sites in the industrial park for approximately eight (8) new businesses. Their efforts have now turned to the development of the City's second industrial park, a 33 acre tract of land located on Beglis Parkway.
