Mrs. Ellender is married to Kerry Ellender and they have four
children; Bradley James, Lauri Bess, Emily Brooke and Katie Blaire.
She is a graduate from Sulphur High School and received her Bachelor
of Science Degree in Psychology and Guidance and received a Minor in
Biology and Math at McNeese State University. She has been employed
with Coldwell Banker Legacy since 2004. Prior to 2004 she was
co-owner of Gallerie Brokers, Inc. in Sulphur. Mrs. Ellender has
been a member of the Southwest Association of Realtors since 1990
where she has served on the Board of Directors, MLS Committee,
Orientation Committee and Grievance Committee. She has also served
on various committees for the City of Sulphur, such as the Land Use
Committee, Team City, Beautification, Industrial Development Board,
Brimstone Historical Society and is currently serving on the Care
Help Board of Directors. She also attends Sulphur’s First Baptist
Church. Mrs. Ellender is the daughter of Drusilla Isaac Beglis and
the late Louis P. “Neg” Beglis.

Mr. Koonce is married to Wendy Roy Koonce and they have 3 children.
Heather Michele, Krista Kai, & Brett Michael. He is a 1975
graduate of Sulphur High School and is currently employed by PPG
Industries. He and his wife own Kajun Monograms, Trophies &
Gifts located here in Sulphur.
Mike is very active in his community by volunteering in local youth
sporting events. He is a member of the Louisiana High School
Atheletic Association where he is a football and basketball
official; as well as the Sulphur Parks and Recreation program where
he serves as the president of Dixie Boys. He also is a proud
supporter of Sulphur High football Booster Club and the Lady Tor
Basketball Booster Club. He and his family are members of the
PPG Family Friends, and the PPG Family association He and his
family are very proud to call Sulphur home!

Mr. Duncan is married to Angel Duncan and they have three children. He is the owner/agent of Chris
Duncan Agency, Inc with offices located in Sulphur, Lake Charles,
and Iowa. Mr. Duncan is an active volunteer in our community.
He serves as president of the R.W. Vincent Elementary
PTO, Treasurer of Sulphur Sunrise Rotary Club and President of the
Professional Insurance Agents of South West Louisiana. He also
coaches sports through Sulphur Parks and Recreation. Mr. Duncan and
his family attend services at the Victory Worship Center.

Mrs. Tower is married to Ron Tower and they have two children,
Natascha and Natalie. Her stepson is David Tower. She is a
graduate of Sulphur High and achieved her
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications at McNeese State
University. She has been employed with Sasol North America in
Westlake since 1992 and currently serves as the plant’s HR Services
Supervisor. Mrs. Tower is also
a Notary Public and an active community volunteer. She serves on the
board of the Sulphur Kiwanis Club, the Coastal Plains Conservancy,
the Library Foundation
and the League of Women Voters. In addition, Mrs. Tower stays
actively involved with Rebuilding Together, Partners In Education,
United Way, the Lake Area Industry Alliance and other local and
state non-profit organizations. She attends church at Maplewood
First Baptist Church and enjoys teaching a bible study class at the
Holly Hill Nursing Home. Information about the District Four

Mr. Moss is married to Roxanne Moss and they have one son, Sam. His
stepdaughter is Tracey Stokes. Stuart is a graduate of Sulphur High
School and is Vice-President of Credit Services of Southwest
Louisiana where he has been employed for the past 19 years. He
attends First Baptist Church of Maplewood. He is active in the
Optimist Club, West Calcasieu Chamber of Commerce, Optimist
Celebrity Golf Tournament and numerous other boards. He is also a
member of Krewe De La Louisiane and Krewe of Cosmos. His hobby is
competitive dancing and has won the 2001 World Dance Title in United
Country and Western Dance Council (Crystal Division).
